Rev. Dr. Fr. Patrick Mathias, SDB (S.T.D., Biblical Theology), is a Professor of Sacred Scripture and a former Professor of Philosophy. He holds a Licentiate in Sacred Scripture from the Pontifical Biblical Institute (Biblicum), Rome, and a Doctorate in Biblical Theology from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (Angelicum), Rome.
In addition to his academic roles, he is a dedicated Formator, Animator, Retreat Preacher, and Writer. Currently, he serves as the Vice Rector and Professor of Sacred Scripture at Becchi Don Bosco Theological College in Kavarapettai, near Gummidipoondi, Chennai.
